About us
A new landmark for West Sumatra.
Basko City Mall opened on 29 May 2025 on Jalan Bypass KM 9 in Padang. Built across four hectares with three retail floors and 25,000 square metres of leasing space, it is the largest shopping centre in West Sumatra.
Developed by Basko Group, founded by H. Basrizal Koto, and designed by Arete Arsitek, the mall brings dozens of national and international brands to the province, most of them opening in West Sumatra for the first time.
It was designed as more than a place to shop. A cinema, a bowling alley, indoor playgrounds and dining that runs from Minang classics to international kitchens make it a place where families in Padang spend the whole day.
